Meeting Mainutes:
1. Meeting called to order 6:00 pm.
2. Reviewed bid proposal for 2009 Personal Property discovery and list (for 2009
triennial revaluation) from RRG Inc. Board reviewed and finds this bid qualifies
in all requirements specified in the Invitation to Bid and its Scope of Services.
Board voted unanimously to recommend to town that RRG be awarded the
contract.
3. Board made disposition of last 2008 abatement - personal property.
4. Disposition of general administrative business and signatures.
5. Meeting adjourned 7:50 pm, motion by Mason, second by Nichols, Next meeting
TBD.
